Planting

I'm not gardening much this summer because of my knee replacement. That doesn't mean that I don't yearn to plant.

My husband, Bob, bought me packets of lettuce seed, zinnia flower seeds and a mix of wild flower seeds. Today I put zinnias in the flower boxes by our green house. I also put in some lettuce there, too. The wind was so strong, I had to work close to the boxes so the seeds wouldn't blow away.

I'll wait for the wind to calm down before I plant some of the wildflower seeds in my wheel barrel planter by the old milk house. Might have to wait for tomorrow for that to happen.
